Responsibilities:
o Activities related to comprehensive community college teaching and learning, including but not limited to:
o Develop and teach competency-based curriculum to provide classroom theory and laboratory application to prepare students for positions in the Cybersecurity fieldo Teaching related courses within the Information Technology Division including hybrid, on campus, online live and online asynchronous methodso Assessment of student learning at course, program, and institutional levels to meet educational requirements, the rules and regulations of accrediting bodies, and the most current industry standardso Continuous personal development of Cybersecurity knowledge, professional skills, and credentialso Engagement in department, School of Business and IT, and college-wide meetingso Advise students in the Cybersecurity program with class schedules and career planningo Develop collaborative relationships with educational partners, alumni, business, and industry to develop and facilitate advisory boards and student learning opportunitieso Assist with program recruitment and job placement of graduateso Responsible for the operation of the program, including budget, industry relations, periodic review and evaluation, effectiveness of program assessment and curriculum developmentRequired Qualifications Education Requirement:
o Associate degree in a computer or information technology fieldOccupational Experience Requirement:
Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience in networking, network administration, cybersecurity, or forensics Recency Requirement:
One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential fieldThe recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years Preferred Qualifications o Bachelor's Degree o Teaching Experience at the post-secondary level or with adult learnerso Outstanding communication and facilitation skillso Demonstrated familiarity with the mission and constituencies of a comprehensive community and technical collegeo Demonstrated ability to establish a positive learning environment that promotes retention, accountability, diversity, equity, excellence, innovation, collaboration, safety, and personal/professional growtho Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populationsOther RequirementsNOTICE:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
