Full Time Employee Training and Development Coordinator
All Locations FT Employee Training and Development CoordinatorProductive Alternatives is looking for a Full-time Employee Training and Development Coordinator.
As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and preparedness of our organization's staff.
This position will manage the continuous professional growth of our staff through effective training programs and foster a positive and engaging work environment by implementing various engagement activities and recognition programs.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs for CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention/De-escalation, annual safety, and other ongoing training requirements.
In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and managing annual licensing requirements and renewals to maintain compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in training and development, communication, education, psychology, multidisciplinary related field, or equivalent experience in implementing programs and teaching educational materials.
Certification as a CPR/First Aid instructor and Crisis Prevention/De-escalation trainer or the ability to become certified.
Strong understanding of human services, compliance standards, and facilitation of training programsSKILLS AND ABILITIES:
oExcellent communication and presentation skills.
oAbility to be a team player, build and develop relationships.
oWork well independently and manage time effectively.
oDetail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
oMicrosoft Office Suite oValid driver's license and willingness to travel within Minnesota.
oWork a varied work schedule.
This is a fulltime position with benefits.
Pay is depending on experience.
PAI conducts a MVR and background check for anyone accepting the position.
If the checks result in an unsatisfactory report the offer of employment will be rescinded.
